We provide custom picture framing services. Each order is handmade to your specifications, including size, frame style, materials, and any special instructions you provide.
4. Ordering Process
To place an order, please contact or visit us, where you can:
- Choose your frame options and provide artwork specifications.
- Submit your order.
- Review and accept your order summary and total price.
- Make payment using the available payment methods.
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, and mobile payments.
A 50% deposit may be paid upon ordering but payment must be made in full upon collection.
6. Production & Delivery
- Production times vary but typically take 7–14 working days though rush options may be available for an additional fee. Turnaround time depends on the materials you choose, availability, and whether any specialty items are involved.
- Custom items are made for collection in person.
- Delivery options may be available.
7. Cancellations & Returns (Custom Orders)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does not apply to custom-made goods.
Because all our frames are made to your individual specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is:
- Faulty
- Not as described
- Damaged on delivery
If you believe your item is defective or damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion).
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate artwork sizes and preferences.
- Ensuring that any images or artwork provided do not infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Ensuring that any materials sent to us are appropriately packaged and insured.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (including text, images, and designs) is the property of Tree of Life Framing or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or use our content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of artwork due to insufficient packaging or postal error (unless caused by our negligence)
- Delays in delivery due to events outside our control
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
